With over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Tim joined nGAGE Specialist Recruitment (formerly Human Capital Investment Group) as Group CEO in February 2013. Tim had previously worked at Hays where he was the UK Managing Director (2008-2011), before becoming the Global Head of Digital and Innovation (2011-2013), responsible for digital activities globally.

Robert is a partner with international law firm Squire Patton Boggs. He heads their Brand Management practice in London, which is top rated in the Legal 500 directory. Robert is also rated as one of 8 leading individual lawyers in this area in the UK. Clients include brands, retailers, media owners, sports clubs and the world’s largest advertising and marketing companies. He has advised on international franchises and licensing transactions for brands such as Chelsea FC (retail partnership), Cath Kidston, DAKS and Hobbs.

After spending half a decade at a start-up B2B marketing agency he moved into the Recruitment Industry becoming Head of Digital at FiveTen Group, working across all five brands and 13 countries.
He then dropped the digital moniker and became Head of Marketing at one of the UK’s leading recruitment software providers before joining Stanton House, a customer focused recruitment business in high growth.
Before marketing, Richard tried his hand at live radio, launched a record label and as a rookie journalist interviewed two members of the Smiths (you’ll have to ask him which two).
