The recruitment landscape has changed so much in recent years and the importance that has been placed on marketers has never been greater. In what is an extremely crowded marketplace, working with limited budgets and with stakeholders wanting more ROI, it can be tough to know where to turn and what to spend that precious budget on. Our speakers are here to answer those questions for you. They will share their insights and experiences of rebranding, launching new websites, opening in new territories, launching social media campaigns and much more.

Tim Cook

With over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Tim joined nGAGE Specialist Recruitment (formerly Human Capital Investment Group) as Group CEO in February 2013. Tim had previously worked at Hays where he was the UK Managing Director (2008-2011), before becoming the Global Head of Digital and Innovation (2011-2013), responsible for digital activities globally.

Jo's insight into the staffing and search market  is second to one and has a genuine passion working with businesses that are industry transformers. 

Robert Wegenek
Partner at Squire Patton Boggs

Robert is a partner with international law firm Squire Patton Boggs. He heads their Brand Management practice in London, which is top rated in the Legal 500 directory. Robert is also rated as one of 8 leading individual lawyers in this area in the UK. Clients include brands, retailers, media owners, sports clubs and the world’s largest advertising and marketing companies. He has advised on international franchises and licensing transactions for brands such as Chelsea FC (retail partnership), Cath Kidston, DAKS and Hobbs.

Richard Turrell
Head of Marketing at Stanton House

Richard is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment marketing. 
After spending half a decade at a start-up B2B marketing agency he moved into the Recruitment Industry becoming Head of Digital at FiveTen Group, working across all five brands and 13 countries. 
He then dropped the digital moniker and became Head of Marketing at one of the UK’s leading recruitment software providers before joining Stanton House, a customer focused recruitment business in high growth.
Before marketing, Richard tried his hand at live radio, launched a record label and as a rookie journalist interviewed two members of the Smiths (you’ll have to ask him which two).

James Whitelock

Teri Etherington, Country Manager, Recruitment International

With over 14 years’ experience within the recruitment industry including working for a large national brand to independent specialists, Teri now manages the UK market for Recruitment International. Other territories covered include Asia and Australia.

Working with the owners and directors of start-ups, SMEs and established recruitment agencies Teri is able to make the right introductions and recommendations at the right time to enable growth. An accomplished recruiter with over 20 year’s experience, she first worked within the accountancy and finance sectors before becoming a specialist recruiter within the very niche new homes arena.
