Louise Rayner

Louise Rayner is an independent compliance consultant specialising in supporting the recruitment sector.  Louise has more than 20 years experience working in the recruitment and outsourcing sectors and has held director level positions at Adecco, Randstad, RSM Tenon  and JSA (Umbrella & Ltd Co).     At Adecco, Louise was heavily involved in the implementation of the Travel & Subsistence scheme for more than 35,000 contractors and understands, first hand, the challenge of balancing commercial, operational and compliant forces.  
 
As a qualified ACCA accountant and an MBA from the prestigious Cass university, she has a keen interest in compliance and risk management.  This unusually commercial & operational background,  combined with her experience of SOX, accreditations, relevant legislation (including dispensation management, AWR, pensions, employment), from both a supplier and agency point of view, give her a unique insight that differentiates her from other advisers in the sector.

With many years experience in banking, across a number of banks, I have spanned roles across credit, relationship management, business development and most latterly corporate finance (M&A). I am Corporate Finance qualified (ICAEW) and now leading the recruitment sector across London and the South East, with a portfolio of clients in Mid Markets (T/O £25m+)
 

 My recruitment focus has enabled me to build sector expertise with some 80% of my portfolio being both owner managed, and public companies, operating in the recruitment space. I enjoy supporting these businesses throughout their lifecycles, both through growth phases, and  “life events” such as change of ownership and helping achieve their strategic plans.
 


Keith Boyce

Then set up his own practice and moved in to commerce having now held several senior level positions since.

He specialises in the Recruitment Sector, and has substantial private equity and M&A experience, in particular with share sales and purchases and cross border transactions, MBOs, asset sales, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Steven has acted on the sale and purchase of numerous recruitment companies and regularly provides such companies with on-going corporate advice.

Adrian is recognised as one of the UK’s leading lawyers specialising in the recruitment industry. Founder and managing director of Lawspeed, chairman of the Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC) and founder and director of Standards in Recruitment (SiR).

Adrian qualified as a solicitor in 1978 gaining wide ranging litigation and commercial experience as partner in three firms. In 1997 he set up Lawspeed as a specialist legal and compliance adviser to the recruitment industry, devising new forms of commercial contracts and support for agencies and umbrella companies. Adrian’s work includes the first IR35 friendly contracts, and he is architect of the limited company opt out.
