Louise Rayner is an independent compliance consultant specialising in supporting the recruitment sector. Louise has more than 20 years experience working in the recruitment and outsourcing sectors and has held director level positions at Adecco, Randstad, RSM Tenon and JSA (Umbrella & Ltd Co). With many years experience in banking, across a number of banks, I have spanned roles across credit, relationship management, business development and most latterly corporate finance (M&A). I am Corporate Finance qualified (ICAEW) and now leading the recruitment sector across London and the South East, with a portfolio of clients in Mid Markets (T/O £25m+)
My recruitment focus has enabled me to build sector expertise with some 80% of my portfolio being both owner managed, and public companies, operating in the recruitment space. I enjoy supporting these businesses throughout their lifecycles, both through growth phases, and “life events” such as change of ownership and helping achieve their strategic plans.
Keith Boyce is experienced in growing small companies and transitioning them into larger entities has enabled him to understand, address and implement processes to manage the challenges faced by businesses of these levels. His strengths are in the understanding of ground level processes and the implementation of these whilst aligning them with the growth strategies of the business. His heavy involvement in two acquisitions has enabled him to focus strategies towards growth with acquisition or exit routes as drivers.

Steven Raize (Corporate Partner) - joined Gateley as a corporate partner in January 2015 having previously worked at both Baker McKenzie and Clifford Chance. He specialises in the Recruitment Sector, and has substantial private equity and M&A experience, in particular with share sales and purchases and cross border transactions, MBOs, asset sales, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Steven has acted on the sale and purchase of numerous recruitment companies and regularly provides such companies with on-going corporate advice.

Adrian qualified as a solicitor in 1978 gaining wide ranging litigation and commercial experience as partner in three firms. In 1997 he set up Lawspeed as a specialist legal and compliance adviser to the recruitment industry, devising new forms of commercial contracts and support for agencies and umbrella companies.
