RLCon Autumn Innovation 2018

TALiNT Partners will be hosting its Recruitment Leaders Connect event on Thursday 18th October in London. The event will combine industry leading keynote talks, interactive discussion sessions and relaxed social networking opportunities and is complimentary for recruitment owners, directors, managers and senior team members.


The Autumn Innovation conference is focussed on reviewing changes in the industry and looking at fresh approaches. Topics and discussions will be based around the technology landscape and what recruiters should be paying attention to or ignoring in order to build a recruitment company.


The panel of speakers confirmed include, Zain Wadee, chief commercial officer for Lorien; Daniel Jonas, global head of innovation for SThree; and Winston Clements, founder of Positive Spin, who will be sharing his thoughts and evidence as to why resilience in business is more important than ever.


The masterclass round table discussions give recruiters the opportunity to gather and share ideas with like-minded individual, discussing challenges and market developments. 


In addition, TALiNT has insight from James Payne, director at ERecruit, who will be discussing the challenges around attracting and retaining the best talent and using the best technology to do so. Also, James Whitelock, managing partner from VIR Learning, will be sharing his expertise around automation, algorithms and artificial intelligence, inspiring new ways of learning in the workplace. The conference’s innovation spotlights with industry technology experts will also be showcasing the latest tech in the sector.


RLCON Autumn Innovation is taking place at The Kings Fund, 11 – 13 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN. With registration opening from 8.15, refreshments, including lunch, will be provided throughout the day, closing with a drinks reception at 5pm.
