360 Education Recruitment Consultant Start date: late August/early September Contract: Permanent Location: Deansgate, Manchester City Centre Salary: £18-20k, depending on location, OTE first year £30-35k Perks Freedom and Responsibility: if you are above target, there are no bells or whistles, work hard play hard culture Team targets: Beer fridge, jet skiing, BBQs, lunch clubs, dress down Healthy focus: Gym memberships, fruit, health insurance, green allowance Individual targets: - Travel and housing pots - when you hit a target you are rewarded with money towards a house or a world experience - Uncapped commission structure - Bonuses such as 20/20, 25/25, 30/30 - if you bill £20k in one month you get 20% of this (£4k) etc Development: - In-house trainer with 25+ years’ experience in recruitment - Japanese self-promotion system – promotions are based on you hitting a target – you go up to the next salary level based on your output. It’s also why you come in as a “kenin” and the managers are “ninjas” - Organic developed company – Absolutely everyone, including managers, started at the same point you would be and have worked their way up.
