Cold Desk* new start up Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Bradshaw Bretton - We are looking to hire a Experienced Recruitment consultant experienced in healthcare recruitment to assist in the growth of our business. Bradshaw Bretton Healthcare are a Recruitment agency that supply temporary care, support and nursing staff to business's across the North of England. You will be based in our office in Sunderland. You will have a can do approach and be proactive in learning all aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to: Business development (Working through daily, weekly and monthly set targets to increase business productivity) Contacting clients (Booking appointments and making follow up calls, handling complaints/ queries, booking shifts and client appointments) Recruiting candidates (Placing adverts for Care / Nursing staff, interviewing, chasing references / DBS checks, updating the staff / Client database CRM system) Filling Temporary and permanent roles (Advertising through online websites or local newspapers) Managing the resourcers/admin staff We are looking for someone who already has experience in healthcare recruitment with a market leading salary for the exciting position.We would like somebody who is looking for a challenge, with a good telephone manner, who is a good communicator, with good IT skills, proactive attitude and above all who is smart ,presentable, respectful and likes taking initiatives in daily work.Experience within the Health Care or Recruitment sector is desired.
