Chapman Recruitment have been going through an intensive growth of business in the last two years and due to an increased demand from our clients we are looking for an additional Recruiter in our business to work in the Engineering/Construction field. Our company is still on a small company scale, so we need people with high drive and autonomy to do their work with the availability to support and help each other in a really close-knit atmosphere. If you are looking to move from your industry into the Engineering/Construction field we are happy to train and guide the individual to be able to lift their career into the next level. The ideal candidate has experience working as a 360 Recruiter in any industry with proven experience managing their desk including building business, client management, billing, and sourcing candidates.
