You will ideally come from an IT, Engineering or Digital Recruitment background with 12months + experience in recruitment. You will have a has a proven track record of managing a successful desk in Professional Staffing. You will need to have a structured approach to business development and be an exceptional networker with the ability to maintain and consolidate relationships at all levels, specialising in your own vertical market.
