360 Recruitment Consultant Smart Solutions are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Avonmouth. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team, to build and take ownership of their own desk and develop it within various sectors such as Industrial, commercial etc. The right candidate must me motivated and able to work off their own initiative, be able to multi task and run a temp desk alongside completing sales calls and constantly looking for opportunities. Responsibilities Include Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met Generating new business through business development Candidate engagement; screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability Payroll Required Skills Recruitment back ground Confident and Charismatic with high energy Determination and drive Resilience You must possess an excellent telephone manner as this position will require you to be liaising with candidates and clients of all levels Previous experience in a sales environment Why Smart Solutions? 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays On call allowance from day 1 Sales incentives Branch Bonus (eligible after probation) Career progression If this role sounds like it could be perfect for you and you would like the opportunity to be considered for the role, then please apply.
