360 Recruitment Consultant - Perms - Medical & Healthcare

Location: Flexible - Central London (Liverpool Street), Essex or Birmingham

Package: Base salary plus commission (£50,000 - £75,000 OTE)


Following a recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and focus specifically on the permanent recruitment of medical staff into our existing healthcare clients.


The successful candidate will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with an exceptional track record, gained within the medical sector who is familiar with the full cycle of recruitment including:


  • Sourcing Candidates
  • Business Development
  • Client Meetings
  • Short Listings
  • Candidate Placements
  • Developing New Clients
  • Building relationships with Candidates
  • Creating and closing deals

In the last 12 months we have opened two new regional offices with two more planned in the next 12 months, We are currently enjoying record results and are looking for consultants who want to be part of this success story.


As a national framework supplier to both the NHS and private sector we have already have in place contracts to supply staff to most of the UK’S largest hospitals and health trusts, your role would not require you to look for new clients as we already have them in place. We need consultants that can connect with our huge database of candidates and place them with our existing clients across the UK.

* At least 1 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant

* Previous experience in medical/healthcare recruitment desired but not essential
* Understanding of medical/healthcare terminology desired but not essential
* Computer literate – used to using windows based packages
* Must have good Excel and Word skills
* Good telephone manner
* Accurate and conscientious with keen attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure
* Integrity and accountability
