Resourcers, Consultants, Senior and Managing Consultants are required in the commercial and technical sectors to join a rapidly expanding permanent recruitment brand which is part of the leading national recruitment company, the Staffline Group. Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant you will quickly take on a 360 degree recruitment role, managing both candidates and clients and should expect the following responsibilities. •Sourcing for candidates for live vacancies via our database, CV libraries, referrals, advert response and social media. •Meeting with candidates to discuss how we can support them with their job search •Continuing to develop your business by contacting new clients and introducing your service •Meeting with clients to build/maintain a relationship, representing the Staffline brand whilst educating and consulting on our services and recruitment business partnering proposition. As well as managing your portfolio of vacancies on a day-to-day basis, you will also have the opportunity to think strategically about how to develop your role, desk and presence in the recruitment industry and your chosen sector. This involves networking, marketing, social media, business mapping and managing your personal brand. Suitable Candidates will: •Demonstrate the potential to build and maintain professional relationships in person by phone •Have good organisation skills and attention to detail •Demonstrate the ability to work at pace •Demonstrate strong commercial acumen •Be ambitious and highly motivated •Demonstrate a willingness to sell •Ideally be degree educated but not essential
