Role: 360 Sales & Relationship Manager Status: Permanent Salary: Basic Salary up to £55,000 plus up to £30k bonus and good benefits. My client is a globally active recruitment consultancy established in the late 80’s. It connects specialist talent with leading employers across multiple industries and disciplines. They employ just over 800 people across the globe to include offices in Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Their core business recruit’s professionals in the following specialist disciplines: Tax, Projects and Change, IT PMO, IT Data & Applications, IT Development, Core Finance, Senior Finance, Specialist Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales & Marketing and Office Support (and Engineering in Ireland). They also cover executive search globally through another brand and office support in Ireland. In addition, too permanent, contract and interim staffing, they offer customised Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing services too. The daily requirements of the role: Sales: • Identify and convert new opportunities with brand new 360 recruitment clients. • Identify lapsed or dormant recruitment clients and reactivate these relationships. • Lead by example in generating increased fees from existing 360 recruitment client relationships. • Diversify their recruitment services to new client areas including strategic value added services which may include additional specialist disciplines, bespoke project solutions, websites, marketing capabilities, portal or technical systems advice. • Take accountability to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets. • Support under-achievement of Sales Targets by setting clear and attainable goals and actions. Relationship: • Act as Relationship Manager for a group of assigned 360 recruitment clients. • Map contacts for each recruitment client. • Develop relationships at a supply chain and senior level across all recruitment clients. • Provide advice and support to internal Management Team & Consultants who are delivering in to these accounts. • Planning of new recruitment client acquisition. • Negotiate rates/fees & ‘in scope’ disciplines. • Ensure everyone working on the recruitment accounts has a good understanding of how the account is run and what is expected of them. • Ensure internal Management & Consultants are aware of agreed SLA/KPI measurements and are meeting these targets. • Run regular account meetings for recruitment clients, every quarter as a minimum, to ensure communication of any changes and that any problems are acknowledged and addressed. • Be an internal mentor for the client recruitment account. • Understand all aspects of the contract and be accountable for operational compliance. • Co-ordinate account audits. • Ensure your profile is high on the account and everyone knows you are the point of escalation
