Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 Location: London Start Date: ASAP The Company: This Company is a financial recruitment agency that is the market leader in its sector. They cover numerous areas in the financial industry all of which will be taught to you through a 2 week training course. They pride themselves in offering a research-based, consultative approach to recruitment, placing importance on relationship building with their high-profile clients, and placing less emphasis on KPIs and Business Development. The Role: You will be joining as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, along with 6 other graduates, where you will be placing top level executives into the most prominent companies across the Financial Industry. Your responsibilities will include: ·Sourcing of Experienced Candidates ·Interviewing Candidates ·Candidate Prepping and Feedback ·New Business Lead Sourcing ·Cold Calling and sourcing of new clients ·Face to face negotiations with existing clients ·Attending company shows and conferences as part of company promotion Requirements: Although Business-to-Business Sales, over-the-phone sales, or Recruitment experience would be beneficial, it is not necessary as one-on-one training is offered.
