As we continue to grow and succeed and approach our 20th anniversary, we are now looking for an additional Account Manager to join our team in a home-based capacity. The Benefits - Salary of up to £40,000 - Commission (15% of net margin with no cap on amount) If you’re a sales professional with a background within the contractor service industry, this is an incredible opportunity to join our growing, highly successful ISO accredited company. What’s more, our commission rate is highly attractive and will significantly enhance your earnings, meaning this is a very lucrative opportunity for an individual with drive and self-motivation. The Role As an Account Manager, you will take on an autonomous 360 role selling a range of support, back office and funding services to recruitment companies. Hitting the ground running, you will be given a number of existing clients to account manage and will also generate and win business from your own endeavours to grow your portfolio. You will take a strategic approach to targeting and winning new business and will aim to forge relationships with Directors, Consultants and Contractors. About You To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need: - Proven sales results and experience of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs within the contractor services industry - To be adept at building relationships and contacts via social networking and media platforms - Excellent levels of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills - Excellent attention to detail Accountancy, tax, and payroll experience would be highly preferable.
