You must also be someone that can work with speed to keep these major clients happy - the reason this company are able to enjoy full margins and exclusivity is due to their elite status and capability to fill roles rapidly with high quality candidates - in fact their reputation is so strong that most clients simply start each Contractor on recommendation. So to join this team you must be able to demonstrate: Strong attention to detail Existing experience in IT (Preferably SAP recruitment) - minimum 12 months Knowledge or interest in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not essential) Experience of managing contractors Ability to work with speed Does this sound like you?
