McGinley CEP is a vibrant recruitment company within established 50 years ago McGinley Group. Due to the expansion of temporary Trades and Labour team we are currently looking for excellent Account Manager / Sales Person to join our team covering London and home counties and based in Watford. We are looking for candidiates with knowledge of Portuguese language. Knowledge of Romanian would also be an advantage. Candidates must also have valid, clean UK Driving Licence. I am interested to hear from driven, presentable and ambitious individuals with great communication skills. Ideal candidates should have a strong previous experience in sales environment or construction industry, be able to work on their own initiative, manage existing accounts and develop new business. Entry salary for this position is £18K per annum but will be negotiable for candidates with previous experience. We also offer a very attractive commission and incentive schemes and you will be given existing accounts to work with on top of new business development targets. Duties will involve customer service, recognising and meeting site requirements for trades and labour and professional staff. Resourcing candidates, screeneing them, induction on the site. Also chasing weekly timesheets, monitoring fleet, chasing application forms and verifing payroll
