Our client, an established Recruitment Consultancy are looking to build their existing team by hiring an experienced Account Manager / Recruiter to manage a major account within the hospitality and catering sector. The company is based in the picturesque market town of Otley, on the outskirts of Leeds and Bradford and they have just moved into larger offices anticipating growth over the course of 2017. As Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant you will: • Source, qualify and secure experienced candidates for a number of job opportunities within the hospitality and catering industry, across all areas of the UK, managing them closely throughout the process. • Ensure that roles are effectively advertised through a network of job boards. • Searching job boards for suitable candidates using Boolean searching. • Contacting a high volume of candidates each day to ensure that all vacancies have suitable candidates against them. • Networking through social media in order to source candidates -LinkedIn, Facebook etc. • Conducting face to face and video interviews with a range of clients • Managing the relationship with the client on a day to day basis, liaising with the various managers to pick up additional vacancies where applicable. • Pushing the client to ensure that candidates are progressed through the interview process within a specific period of time. • Ensuring that the account is achieving target on a monthly basis. Requirements: • Ideally have a background within the Recruitment industry • Experience of recruiting chefs, restaurant managers and GM's either for an agency or directly, or similiar. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment. • Not afraid to put in a high volume of calls every day. • Entrepreneurial, energetic and competitive team player. • Be a relationship builder: building effective relationships through positive communication. This is a flexible role with the possibility of either part time or full time hours. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and commission earnings are achievable and generous.
