Role - Administrator Assistant - full time Do you have experience in the Care sector? Do you have experience in recruitmentwithin the care sector? If yes this may be the perfect role for you. Role - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator or HR Admimistrator for the care sector looking for their next exciting and rewarding role. As Administrator you will be supporting all aspects of the business. The Care company are committed to meeting the needs of clients living with the most complex requirement such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, long-term ventilation, cerebral palsy, or multiple sclerosis – by providing nurse-led care in their own homes. * To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice. * To provide administrative and financial services in accordance with current best practice. * To supervise the administrative and financial services within accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time. * Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support. * Develop effective working relationships with other employees. Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships. * Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation and induction of all new employees. * Support the effective resolution of team conflicts . * Ensure Clients are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing. * To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the company and supervise staff. * To organise and co-ordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager and within the financial plans. * Ensure that the care service is delivered to Clients at the times and for the duration specified in the relevant individual agreement(s) and contract standards. * Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support. * Support the full recruitment process. * Complete DBS applications and new starter paperwork, ensuring correctly checked and filed. * Ensuring employee files are compliant and kept up to date at all times. The Ideal Candidate - * Experienced in recruiting and HR administration in the care sector. * Good knowledge and experience of the Care Sector * Hold NQV/QCF in Health and Social Care - preferred * Experienced in person centred care - preferred * Has a positive 'can do' attitude * Strong attention to detail * Strong administration experience * Good Communication verbally and in writing at all levels * Is caring and Compassionate in providing high quality care for Service Users * Current DBS (on update service) or willing to complete a new DBS application * Will be flexible on your working hours and days to meet the needs of the business Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility to meet the needs of the business) with a competitive salary of up to £21,000 for the right candidate.
