BSV Recruitment Limited is an established leader in the Recruitment market. We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Junior to join our fast-paced office in Central Woking, Surrey and provide part-time support to the busy team. Ideally, you will have an interest in recruitment, great attention to detail, a confident telephone manner and a will to succeed. Reporting directly to the Team Manager liaising with all team members to provide administrative support to colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service, the role will be varied and you will be given on-going training.

The ideal candidate will have basic office experience and customer service skills, reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility, the role will involve:

  • Taking/Screening telephone calls - confident telephone manner
  • Supporting day-to-day activities as required
  • CV formatting Updating contacts on database
  • Good working attitude, positive approach and flexible on your work duties.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Resourcing Ad-hoc duties as required Opportunities for career progression



  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Some basic office experience is desirable
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good working attitude, positive approach and flexible on your work duties.
