Animal Health Recruitment Consultant * Based on the outskirts of historic York, location flexible * Excellent salary and OTE * Flexible hours * Totally Unique business We at VetFinders are a recruitment business with a social mission at our heart. Due to our successes we are now looking at expanding and require a Recruitment Consultant to set up and run an Animal Health division. I appreciate you have probably read several pretty nondescript boring adverts all sounding the same and promising the earth. All I want to say is if you have real drive, ability to build relationships and experience with the Animal Health Sector I would love a conversation. This role for the successful candidate is yours to own. No rigid corporate structures, no layers of management to report to. Just a small experienced team to help you build a division. The ideal candidate * Have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience and 3 years in the Animal Health and Veterinary sector. * Knowledge and experience with the Animal Health / Vet industry is a prerequisite. * Must have had experience working in a customer facing environment. * The ability to win business and build solid relationships. * Goal orientated and enjoy working to targets. * Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. * A desire to succeed and have a winning mentality.
