Middleton Murray are recruiting for a recruitment company located in the old Bailey, who are looking for an apprentice to help their company grow. Essential Duties: - To source and facilitate the placement of healthcare professionals on a temporary or permanent basis within a designated region/ market. -Manage the full recruitment life cycle -Source and screen suitable candidates for placement for clients -Increase market share -Generate revenue and achieve financial and performance related targets -Provide clients with a tailored recruitment solution in line with company values. Key Skills: -Extensive exposure and high competency within standard IT packages. -Extensive exposure to and subsequent ability and accuracy within CRM database systems -High level of numerical competency -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Tenacity endurance -Problem solving, reporting to professional bodies, trouble shooting -Objection handling -Adapt to change to market conditions, company change -Manage change -Customer service -Organization skills
