MiddletonMurray are a training provider, looking to provide career routes for 16-24 year olds, through our award winning Traineeship Programme. We're currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Manchester. Duties: -You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly KPIs -Be able to build on existing and new candidate relationships -Conduct candidate meetings and complete compliance checks -Data entry and call handling and any other general ad-hoc duties -Dealing with complaints and payroll queries -Be able to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment -To be pro-active and work to tight deadlines Key Skills: -Have strong communication skills -Be excellent in time management -Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success -Team player Personal requirements: - Confidence - Motivated - Willing to learn Career Progression: An opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant, as well as the chance to participate in MiddletonMurray's Zero2Degree Apprenticeship Programme
