Apprentice Recruitment Colchester at LB Specialist Recruitment in Colchester CO1 LB Specialist Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Colchester. They place their candidates into permanent, contract and temporary jobs. With their selected clients nationwide they cover: Education, Mental Health, Social Work, Social Care and Commercial sectors as well as any niche recruitment requirements our clients need. The LB team are focused on delivering the highest level of service at all times to ensure our candidates and clients are happy with our service delivery. They have an honest approach and won't leave their candidates and clients waiting for answers. They are now looking to take on an apprentice. This will be a great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a fast paced environment as well as learning new skills within this industry. You will have the opportunity to progress into a recruitment consultant. The duties include but not limited to - Posting adverts for clients - Filing paperwork - Liaising with candidates, existing clients and prospect clients -Business development sourcing new business - Candidate sourcing - Candidate screening - obtaining documents, loading them on to CRM, formatting CV's - Arranging interviews - Basic administration e.g. updating information, compliance checks, references Skills: - Polite manner on and off the phone - Organised - Good computer skills - Good communication skills - Friendly and proactive - Completing tasks - Ambitious - Tenacious - Charismatic - Resilient - Resourceful - Hardworking - Punctual and well presented - Good written skills -Target driven - Money motivated Qualification required; Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Working week; 7am - 4pm; Monday to Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 1.30pm; 37.5 hours a week; you will need to work late on some occasions. There is a commission structure for you to earn bonus subject to KPI's and targets being hit.
