Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a new member of our team to specialise in placing apprentices into fantastic roles across the UK. During your apprenticeship, you will learn about the organisation, systems, management and skills to enable you to be a great member of our growing team. The duties will include; * Building the brand and community presence including planning coordinating events within the local community, schools and councils * Coordinating training events * Working directly with school leaver schemes * Arranging interviews * Gathering documentation for candidates such as the right to work, certification etc * Dealing with day to day enquiries * Emailing candidates and clients and other associated tasks * Add jobs to a job board * Search for suitable candidates via job boards & social media * Assist with managing social media pages * Assist with content creation and updating the website and blog * Proactively develop and deliver creative advertising campaigns and promotions * Administration and updating of databases High commission scheme available plus basic Hours: 8:30-5:30pm Monday – Friday
