Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that they have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join the ever-growing team. LOCATION: Darlington SALARY: Apprenticeship Wage WORKING HOURS: Office Hours (Monday – Friday) ROLE SUMMARY: This is an exciting development opportunity to join an established local recruitment business and grow a career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct administration duties around the recruitment process * Chasing timesheets and updating spreadsheet each week * Understanding of compliance and registrations forms (Temp and Perm) * Understanding of compliance documents (Temp and Perm) * Audit temporary and permanent registrations packs along with relevant compliance docs * Support administrative duties on retainer & temp projects * Advert creation * Updating CRM and external job boards * Application management * Candidate sourcing through our database and job boards * Formatting CV’s into Imperial format * Reference checking candidates Candidate and Client Engagements * Keeping updated with a current temporary working candidate (service calls) * Checking candidate availability on standby for temporary assignments * Screening candidate’s vs job specification * Sourcing candidates through various job platforms * Candidate database building in core business areas * Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone * Taking the brief from client and understanding the needs of their business * Confirmation of temporary placements – daily / weekly Sales/Marketing Support * Market and business analysis * Identifying potential business wins * Compiling spreadsheets for specific marketing * Creation of mailers and strategic e-shots and hard copy mailers * Initial warm calling and conducting fact-finding calls * Territory mapping REQUIREMENTS: Essential * Strong communication skills (Verbal and written) * Good organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment Advantageous * A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle * Previous customer service and/or administration skills For more information on the opportunity please feel free to contact Adam Pearson at Imperial Professionals
