Middleton Murray are a government funded apprenticeship programme who places 16- 24 years old in Apprenticeships. We hold Traineeships to give young people the opportunity to gain employability skills. We offer a 12 month apprenticeship programme within Business Administration, where you will gain a level 2 NVQ qualification. You will be given full support, alongside experienced team members, who will assist you and your development. Company Culture: Fast Paced, Buzzing environment, Work Hard/Play Hard Mentality Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Overall Aim: To support Rhys Evans (Director) by growing AdRoc Groups database of candidates in niche and emerging markets. Initially this position will have a focus on administrative tasks including the following: Duties • Network and advertise to potential candidates • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies • Building the contact lists on the database • Sending out job mailshots to the candidate network • Qualify all suitable candidates via phone (qualification sheet template) • Shortlisting suitable applicants for consultants qualified jobs Key Skills “hard skills”: • Have good communication skills • Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease • Be persuasive, persistent and patient • Be able to cope with pressure • Be flexible and adaptable • Have a mature personality • Have good organisational and administrative skills • Have the ability to prioritise • Have good IT skills • Be able to work to deadlines
