They work with some of the most impressive companies in the world, such as Facebook and Google, as well as some of the most inspiring and exciting young people in the UK. Role The Apprentice Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the Apprentice recruitment process which includes comprehensive screening, telephone based interviews, Skype interviews (where applicable) and face to face interviews / assessment centres, ensuring that both my clients policies & employer criteria is being adhered to.You will be working in a fast paced and targeted environment where you will be required to meet and exceed both individual and team targets as well as overall business objectives. You must be articulate and well organised with a proven ability to multitask. You will enjoy interacting with young people and be able to communicate at all levels. This is an exciting and challenging role where individuals will be expected to use their own initiative, be proactive and adapt to the changing needs of the business as and when required. Qualifications: Essential Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths at Grade C or above. Desirable Degree level or equivalent qualifications Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Essential • Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally working in the Education or Training sector. • Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to persuade and negotiate • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with a wide range of people • Proactive, self-starter with ability to work alone and with colleagues • Highly organised with excellent time management skills. • Ability to manage all aspects of client and stakeholder engagement • Ability to fully understand and convey value propositions • PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a knowledge of sales based CRM • Confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients Desirable • Knowledge of apprenticeships and work based learning markets, trends and current landscape
