Job Description

Based around the Leeds City Region, Apprentice Recruitment Coordinators will work in partnership and collaborate within locally defined areas to attract learners onto apprenticeship opportunities with the Enhancing Apprenticeships service. You will also support the learner through their journey with us, understanding their development needs and career aspirations you will guide them through a mixture of non-accredited and accredited courses delivered by our tutoring teams, before matching them to an apprenticeship vacancy. Successful candidates will see our learners’ progress through our training, onto an apprenticeship and progress into sustainable employment. Working for us, you’ll need to be a people person and you will be representing and promoting our values to both learners and employers. With a commitment to the development and career support for others, you will have the capability to provide information, advice and guidance to learners about their ongoing training and development as well as career guidance. The essential requirements we are looking for as a minimum: • Successful sales or recruitment experience • Successful proven achievements of sourcing and closing new business opportunities • Proven track record of commercial revenue generation • Experience in field based sales • Knowledge and application of relevant selling techniques including presentation skills • ICT Skills (including use of Excel, Outlook and bespoke software systems) • Organisational skills • Ability to work according to own initiative • Experience in influencing people and the ability to be able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
