Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Industrial and Logistics The 4 U Group are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work on our thriving Industrial and Logistics desk. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. Recruitment is a combination of research, customer service, account management, administration and sales, therefore we are looking for someone with the following qualities and skills. * Well organised with the ability to multitask. * A high level of attention to detail and a confident communicator. * Smart and professional * Excellent timekeeper The role: * Supporting our Recruitment Consultants to fill bookings. * Resourcing candidates using our job sites and platforms of social media. * Uploading and advertising job roles. * Engaging with candidates to register them and book them out for shifts. * Creating profiles for candidates to send over to clients. * Meeting and greeting candidates and taking copies of their documents. * General administration duties and communicating via telephone and email. Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 £4.35ph - £8.21ph 28 days holiday per annum
