Protocol is working on behalf of an educational establishment within the South West London area, who require an Apprenticeship & Recruitment Adviser to join their bright and industrious department ASAP. The college are looking for a candidate who can start ASAP and work full time (M-F 09.00 - 17.00). Job Purpose - * To work as part of the Business Centre team on the European Social Funded (ESF) Careers Cluster Project co-funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA). * To work with Wandsworth schools to promote Apprenticeships and give Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) to young people. Deliver CPD sessions to IAG & Careers Advisors and Teachers. * Support young people to progress into an Apprenticeship and work with employers to create new apprenticeship opportunities * Must have: some experience of recruitment or working with young people would be good, but not essential. * To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria; Essential: * Hold a relevant qualification * Good track record of working with young people * Direct and personal experience of working with employers * Strong customer service skills and business admin skills. and experiences: * Ideally just someone with good organizationally skills able to arrange interviews and appointments * Have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners. * Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
