Apprenticeship- Care and Support- Recruitment Day! Job Tile: Apprenticeship Programme- Care & Support. Salary: £5 – £6per hour Closing Date:11th June 2018 Interview Date: 28th June 2018 Length of the programme: 12 -15 months Depending on initial assessment of English and Maths, with Flexible start dates. An Apprenticeship with Outward will give you hands-on experience of making a real difference to the lives of people with a learning disability, while earning a wage and getting qualifications. Over your 12 months as an apprentice, you’ll get the experience, training and nationally recognised qualifications you need to take your next step on long-term career path in Social Care with possibility of a range of jobs and roles that really impact on people and their communities. You’ll be a valued member of the team, and working alongside colleagues you’ll learn what it takes to support, coach and motivate people with both the nitty gritty practicalities of day to day life and to follow their dreams, be it putting on an art exhibition, going on holiday or learning to ride a horse.
