The Apprenticeships Team are expanding. We are looking for a passionate and experienced apprenticeship recruitment adviser to meet the needs of local employers. As an apprenticeship recruitment adviser you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including those applying for an apprenticeship and employers who are looking to employ an apprentice. As an apprenticeship recruitment adviser you will have a working knowledge of various apprenticeship standards and the ability to screen appropriate candidates for the roles, managing applicants through the recruitment process. The successful recruitment adviser will be able to communicate at a variety of levels in a clear and understanding way. You will build strong with employers ensuring that the requirements are being met effectively to contribute towards a continuous growth within the apprenticeships team. The successful recruitment adviser will play a key role in the writing of job descriptions and advertisements along with conducting selection process? in liaison with the employers and apprentice delivery staff. You will also demonstrate skills in effectively promoting vacancies on a broad range of platforms using an innovative approach. The Apprenticeship Team provide an effective recruitment and selection process to assist local employers with attracting the best talent for their roles. The apprenticeship recruitment team advertise the requirements of roles, attract applicants and then screen them through BKSB testing to assess English, Maths & IT skills along with giving supportive interview guidance to candidates.
