Apprenticeship Recruitment and Placement Officer £19,500- £30,000 per annum to commensurate with qualifications and experience (plus performance bonus) 5E Ltd is a not for profit organisation delivering skills training in North London, supporting thousands in the disadvantaged communities in finding sustainable employment. We are looking for a dynamic person with a "can do attitude", who has a proven record of meeting/exceeding set targets with experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship Programme and government funding to join our Team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES - To source potential employers in supporting the recruitment and vacancy matching process. - To provide customer service for employers and potential candidates. - To ensure all statutory and regulatory processes are completed in a timely manner to support effective placement. - Provide information, advice and guidance to apprentices prior to the commencement of the programme. - Support the growth of the provision through successful apprenticeship recruitment process. - To ensure the administration of Apprenticeship Frameworks through effective monitoring and maintenance of systems, both electronic and paper files. - Support with organising Open Days, participating in job fairs - Achieving set targets PERSON SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL - Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or level 2 equivalent - Relevant experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship and Government funded programmes. - Proven and successful track record in employer engagement and recruitment. - Ability to achieve and exceed targets -Proficient in IT skills - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Experience of operating independently and proactively - Ability to quickly build rapport and successfully engage with people internally and externally - Well spoken with excellent telephone manner - Professional etiquette when writing letters and emails - Well organised and prepared to be flexible in approach - Team player DESIRABLE - IAG qualification (preferable) - An understanding of the further education sector in the UK (preferable) Those interested in the position are requested to email their updated CV by clicking apply now below before the closing date.
