Mack Recruit is a specialist recruitment agency working within the apprenticeships, welfare to work and training sectors. We are currently recruiting for an established award winning Grade 1 OFSTED training provider based in the Midlands. Our client is looking for an Apprenticeships Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. Location: Home based working with visits to HO in Wolverhampton - however can work from office as much as required. Salary: Up to £27,000 basic with uncapped bonus paid monthly Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for securing Apprenticeship vacancies with employers across the region. The client is recruiting for consultants to work with both Levy and non levy clients. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, employer engagement or business development and ideally have a good understanding of the education system and apprenticeships sector. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
