2 Month Temp Recruitment Consultant (Apprenticeships) £21k - 23k Monday - Friday Sheffield City Centre THE CANDIDATE Essential Experience: * Literate and Numerate (Maths & English Level 2/GCSE) * Experience of working with a diverse client group * Experience of collating information and summarising results in a verbal or written format * Has experience of working in a Recruitment/ Sales/Marketing environment (with a proven track record of hitting targets) * Experience of managing client relationships * Computer literate including database analysis skills and emergent technologies. * Developed competent oral and written communication skills in order to liaise with members of the College, public and external agencies. * Experience summarizing and reporting data findings * Ability to interpret and analyse problems objectively at an individual/organisational level. Ability to forward plan and work within specified timescales. Able to collate, analyse and evaluate information to reach well reasoned conclusions with general guidance. * Possess an understanding of when matters should be referred to more senior staff * Demonstrates an eye for detail and accuracy in all work undertaken * Confident manner with the ability to gain credibility with others * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Access to transport in order to travel around the Building Desirable Experience: * Demonstrated creation and maintenance of intranet / internet web pages * Flexibility, curiosity, and enthusiasm about projects * Interest in exploring customer data and identifying trends * Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent in a Sales/Marketing / Recruitment/ Business qualification THE ROLE: * Deliver recruitment plans against the requirements of the commissioning document. * Arrange and undertake where appropriate, Preliminary Interviews for potential Apprentices * Grade potential Apprentices A, B and C * Provide the businesses (TSC's) Training and Assessment Facilitators (TAF's) with a pool of Grade A potential Apprentices in accordance with commissioning document * Notify TSC Heads of Curriculum Department (HoD's) of Grade B and C apprenticeship applicants who have been sifted onto full time offers * Maintain a live record of those Grade A apprenticeship applicants who do not have an apprenticeship. * Support employers in selecting apprentices * Use all available means, including previous selection processes, CRM and so on to identify applicants for apprenticeships across all age ranges * Nominate Potential Apprentices to TAF's * If TSC does not have a suitable ready candidate, advertise Apprenticeship Opportunities on NAS and elsewhere as appropriate.
