Area Recruiter Surrey £25,000 + Car Allowance We are partnering with our client to recruit an Area Recruiter to join a busy recruitment team based in Surrey. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting management in identifying and recruiting the best candidates for a variety of roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hardworking, result oriented and has a passion for recruitment. Duties include: * Liaising with Managers to determine recruitment requirements * Sourcing candidates for various roles using a variety of sourcing methods including Advertising, Job boards, referrals, CV applications and social media channels * Active involvement in open days and job fairs * Conduct in-depth telephone screenings to evaluate candidate competency, motivation and personality fit for each vacancy. * Arranging prospective candidate interviews and feedback back throughout the process * Conducting Face to face interviews as and when needed. * Verbally offer candidates and update ATS. * Process all documentation such as DBS, right to work, employment history and references in order to make work ready in line with CQC regulations. * Return of weekly tracker of activity within recruitment including leavers/new starters/agency usage. * Chasing of references to be completed alongside group support. * Keeping in contact with applicants – regular communication and updates. * Ensure recruitment systems are updated with relevant information to produce reports for management on recruitment timelines & quality.
