Voyage Care is excited to be recruiting for an Area Recruiter to join our team in Wiltshire. As the Area Recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle to meet the staffing requirements for our regional services. The staff you will recruiting will be providing support to people in their own homes. Your key responsibilities * Co-ordinating and actively participating in recruitment meetings alongside the coordinators and management team to establish exact requirements for community support workers for the area. * Lead a candidate attraction strategy which will include but not be limited to: * attending events and job fairs * CV sourcing online * Online advertising * Social Media * Local college links Assess the candidates suitability via telephone screening and face to face interview for a community support worker role * Ensure the Candidate experience through their recruitment process is exceptional. * Be a brand advocate of Voyage Care promoting it as an employer of choice in the local market. * Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data to ensure progress can be monitored and return on investment assessed. * Set up and maintain employee personnel and training files and employee system records and production of certification. * Meet KPIs for speed, volume, and quality of recruits.
