Working as part of our internal Recruitment Team you will play a key role in delivering all our recruitment requirements for our Operational teams. You will support the end to end recruitment process for high volume areas and on occasion, specialist roles.
You’ll work with our hiring managers to understand their needs and help to develop line manager recruitment capability and interview skills through coaching and support. You will also be responsible for analysing data to identify trends and spot opportunities to improve our service offering and increase candidate satisfaction.
You will have proven experience of volume recruitment ideally within a Call Centre or Sales environment with a track record of meeting SLA’s and KPI’s. You’ll have experience using recruitment tools such as job boards and CV databases and be comfortable with behavioural / Competency-based interview frameworks.
Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (written/ verbal) are essential for this role as you will be spend the majority of your time interacting with both candidates and line managers.
