Role Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant Salary: Basic £20k + Uncapped Commission Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and highly driven individual to join an exciting new division within an established and incredibly successful Recruitment Agency. Clearwater People Solutions has been successfully trading for 11 years and is a market leader in IT and Business Solutions Recruitment. With quality at the epicenter of the recruitment process it has seen success year-on-year and is now at the exciting time of opening a new division within the Pharmaceutical market. You will be provided with the relevant training on both the market and recruitment strategy/techniques; to provide you with all the tools to be successful and build a great reputation.The role of a recruiter demands excellent communication skills and you should be able to adapt your approach depending on the demographic of the individuals you are engaging with. Purpose of Job: • Gain market knowledge within this fascinating industry. • To ascertain quality, qualified leads through various channels in order to increase client & role frequency gained across the business. • Resource vacancies effectively to provide both candidates and clients with a solution. Daily Tasks: • Contacting candidates via Job boards/advertising/networking in order to gain new business opportunities from the following channels: o Qualified Leads, Hiring Line Managers, Reference Points, Exploitable Company Information & Situations, Referrals and Head-Hunting • Supporting the Head of Division in sourcing suitable candidates for clients’ vacancies. • Keeping the Head of Division appraised in regards to market trends, niche skill sectors and organisations that may be exploitable for new business. • Maintaining a high-level of calls throughout each day in order to find as much potential opportunity as possible. Career progression: Become a Recruitment Consultant in as little as 6 months, with the opportunity to then build a team underneath you should you build a successful desk. Skills/ Experience: (No prior sales/recruitment experience is needed) Highly ambitious and Self-Motivated Recruitment Experience (preferable but not essential) Degree educated (Preferable but not essential) Existing Pharmaceutical Knowledge (Preferable but not essential)
