We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to sell various Recruitment Solutions to our existing and future client base. You will hold solid experience within telephone and email based sales, holding excellent negotiation and persuasion skills along with a dynamic personality!You must be financially driven and hungry to excel your career within Recruitment.  Full product training provided! Location: Manchester Central Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5:30pm) Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 (dependent on experience, plus salary reviews and bonuses) Perks: 28 days paid holidays including public and bank holidays + BONUSES + Company perks What we can offer you? KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • office based, outbound sales experience within a B2B environment. • Experience of working within a fast paced, Professional Environment. • Able to continuously meet and exceed sales targets. • Highly comfortable in working towards KPI's. • building pipeline business through the telephone, CRM target emails, sms and tasks. • Be able to naturally hold conversations over the telephone with a friendly personality. • ‘Financially Motivated’ attitude and hungry to excel your career • strong desire to 'strategically sell' • I.T.
