B2B TELESALES EXECUTIVE (RECURITMENT) MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE UP TO £20,000 BASIC + OTE £38K, UNCAPPED + FREE PARKING + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY OVERVIEW: Get Recruited is a national recruitment consultancy operating within a multi-billion-pound industry. We are now looking for an individual who is experienced in outbound sales to join our Business Development team as a senior member. You will be responsible for connecting with business who are looking to recruit talent for their organisation. You will receive ongoing training & development, a progressive career path and a huge earning potential. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is hungry to earn a lot of commission and to fast track their career. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reporting to the Business Development Manager * Preparing a target list of business including new and existing clients * Contacting new and existing clients to market the benefits of using a recruitment agency to find suitable candidates for their business * Exploring all opportunities from Permanent, Temporary and Contract vacancies * Preparing pricing quotations and negotiating rates * Taking detailed requirements of what they are looking for in the right candidate for their business * Undertaking credit checks and sending schedules of agreements * Attending weekly sales meetings and contributing * Liaising with the marketing department to construct campaigns to achieve new client conversions * Attending business networking groups to establish relationships * General sales administration THE PERSON: * The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 month's experience within outbound sales within either a B2C or B2B * A career driven and money motivated individual * A driving license and own car would be an advantage but is not essential * A huge amount of energy and determination to be successful * An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills * A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot key buying signals * Computer literate with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
