We are recruiting on behalf of our client an exciting opportunity for a Bi-Lingual Resource to join their team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Job Description As a Resource, you will be working closely with the managers, consultants. This includes candidate pre-screening, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. *Source and select candidates *Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies *Compile new starter packs, database management *Conducting one-one interviews *Daily admin task *Required to take on call on a rota Skills and Attributes - *Bi-Lingual preferred English and Eastern European Languages *Own Transport *Excellent telephone manner *Excellent written and verbal skills *Ability to multitask and be self-motivated *Computer literate with good IT Skills *Ability to work to tight deadlines *Previous recruitment and or resourcing experience preferred but not essential
