This role is excitingly varied covering all aspects of recruitment from operational to business development activities. Driving sales across Guildford and the surrounding area will be vital and you will achieve a real buzz networking with and identifying prospective clients and building trusted relationships to add to our already star-studded portfolio. Professionally communicating and actively maintaining and developing excellent working relationships with our casual team and clients is essential to ensure you are able to match candidates and build teams to meet and exceed client's expectations. Our ideal branch manager will champion staff engagement, development, welfare and retention coaching our casual team from recruitment, to assessment and on occassion working alongside them at events. You will enthuse in delivering commitment to quality and passion for our services, ensuring standard of service staff across the city and further afield is on brand, upholding the Off to work promise by enabling the amazing experience for staff and client alike. This role requires excellent time management, reporting skills and self-motivation as you will be working as part of a small team and individually at times, however you can always depend on full support of your Line Manager and other department heads. Person Description: Essential * At least 2 years' experience working within the hospitality/events industry ideally at premium venues/hotels,preferably in a sales or recruitment based role * 5* Hotel Experience * Good knowledge of hospitality operators in the Guildford area. * Strong written, verbal & inter-personal skills with ability to make others at ease in their presence * Willing to travel throughout Surrey/Berkshire and occasionally further afield as business dictates. * Full clean driving license is essential Advantageous * Experience with Sage Act! or other CRM systems * Experience working in a recruitment or staffing environment Physical requirements There will be a requirement to work longer hours and extra days on occasion
