WB Employment Ltd is a successful recruitment agency expanding its brand and branch network. It requires both experienced Recruitment Branch Managers or Senior Consultants looking for the next step in their career. We have vacancies in our Exeter, Plymouth and Gloucester branches all have established clients but need strong leadership and sales development to push them to the next level. There is no restriction in how the development of the business is driven all sectors will be considered but currently we are predominantly working in the 'temp' industrial and logistics sectors in these branches.    Role Profile: - Support the Senior Management Team in establishing the Gloucester, Exeter and Plymouth offices, incorporating, business development, staff recruitment, induction and training. - Business Development within the Company's target sector(s) - Day-to-day Client liaison and management - Managing performance reporting of a) the branch, b) individual recruitment staff - Develop marketing and business development plans to support target setting and achievement of targets - Identify and pursue sales opportunities for both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions Person Profile: - You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Branch Manager - Driven by achieving targets, and motivating & supporting the team - Experience within ‘temporary’ recruitment is preferred and some knowledge of  ‘permanent’ recruitment is an advantage. -A self starter who enjoys autonomy - Act with integrity and deliver excellent and consistent Customer Service true to the Company & Brand values, be that towards Clients or Candidates - An excellent communicator, both written and spoken - Experienced in the use of the MS Office Suite and Recruitment and/ or CRM packages Job Type: Full-time
