Job Description

The Recruitment Business Analyst is a key member of the Professional Services team, and is critical to the successful implementation of Sirenum at our clients. You will provide the bridging point between the clients' Operations teams and the technical project team, understanding current process flows, gathering the precise operational requirements of the project, translating operational requirements and business processes to mapping these to functional capabilities in the Sirenum Enterprise Suite of products, and working with the PS team to deliver outstanding solutions to our customers. Duties include: * Engaging with client to understand their operational issues, and then translating this and mapping these requirements into functional capabilities that Sirenum provides * Working with the team in the creation of Statements of Work and functional specification documents for the initial implementation * Using these functional specification documents to produce training documentation for clients * Providing support in the preparation of project plans and delivery milestones * Writing of functional specification documents * Continued involvement with client in the project to delivery Key Attributes Required: * Ability to quickly grasp and translate business requirements into functional capabilities and get prospects to understand how the software would work to benefit the prospect * Knowledge of Software as a Service * Understanding of the staffing market, specifically the contingent staffing arena * Thorough and methodical approach to work, with high attention to detail * Confidence and calmness in interacting with senior audiences * Ability to engender trust and credibility with prospects * Willingness to travel * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other company departments positively so that all company objectives are met * Flexibility that is always required when working with a start-up organisation
