As the Business Development Consultant within our Technical team, your responsibilities will be to professionally promote our recruitment service to clients within the white collar, Technical markets.
Expect to be;
- Promoting the company brand and core values at all times.
- Creating and establishing new and old business relationships with key clients.
- Exploring new business opportunities and networking opportunities with both warm and cold clients.
- Delivering Face to Face presentations to key decision makers
- Bringing in new business to the team and supporting the delivery of our service
- Consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Strong new business, B2B background – you will have a proved ability in converting new business from cold leads
- An enthusiastic and driven outlook, able to handle objections and develop relationships with cold clients and warm clients
- High levels of professionalism and ability to mirror the Scantec core values
- Ability to work in an “autonomous” environment.
