Business Development Director – Recruitment Location: Essex Salary: £90k-£100k Basic (Flexible DOE) + Car + Bonus + Benefits Permanent Sector: Sales / Recruitment Job Reference: SC772426 Company Background Our Client is a market leading international IT & Telecoms Recruitment Business, providing contract and permanent specialists to a wide range of sectors across the UK and Europe. With staff in excess of 150 and turnover in excess of £40 million they have seen exceptional growth and development since formation 18 years ago They are currently recruiting for a UK based Business Development Director who has experience of driving the growth and development of Contract Business within Recruitment, ideally in an international environment. This is an exceptional opportunity as there is an extensive existing base of clients built up over the last 18 years across both contract and perm solutions and existing teams in place to develop. This will lead to further growth and development of staff to aid delivery as the business sector grows, with a forecast to Recruit an additional 15 Contract Recruitment Consultants in the next 12 months. Key Accountabilities * Driving overall growth of Contractor numbers across the business. * Building and developing key client relationships across new and existing business * Recruitment and Training of new staff * Operational responsibility for the Contract Division within the Business * Reporting to key stakeholders within the business Skills Required * Experience of Contract Recruitment, ideally within IT but not essential * Full UK Driving License * Excellent Negotiation / Communication Skills * Experience of managing teams (from trainee to management) * Operational Experience within a Recruitment Environment * Excellent, proven leadership skills Benefits include In-House Training and Development program, including Personal Development Program mapping out career advancement.
