Business Development Executive – Recruitment (Full or Part Time Hours) Alliance Recruitment are looking for an experienced B2B results driven Business Development Executive to join the team at their Northampton based office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious sales individual to join and help grow a well-established and highly respected multi-sector recruiter. The Role The role is incredibly varied but predominately a blend of sales, marketing and social media management; you will be expected to build and develop your own client pipeline and re-ignite relationships with lapsed clients. Securing new clients by phone, email or face to face Identifying and engaging with key decision makers Being entrepreneurial in securing new business, new ideas and marketing Sourcing leads and prospective opportunities form a variety of sources Working with Consultants/Account Managers across a number of sectors (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain) to identify target clients  Develop strategies to win new business from new and existing clients Develop a digital marketing strategy The Person The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Executive with High Street or specialist agency experience or previous experience in B2B service sales that hold the following skills and abilities: The ability to build quick rapport and long-lasting relationships over the telephone and in person A consultative approach to selling Passionate about new business with a strong track record of winning key accounts The ability to negotiate to get the best terms possible Have fantastic verbal and written communication skills You must have the ability to connect with people and build professional working relationships with key decision makers In return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, fantastic commission structure and the time and autonomy to build a successful and rewarding career
