We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is looking to join a highly supportive and expanding recruitment agency, where you will be given the resources, support and infrastructure to enjoy a highly rewarding career. The Role Working with the senior management to deliver their sales and marketing plan. Ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved. Conduct extensive marketing research to target existing and new sectors. Ensure high level and consistent business development activities are completed daily. Attend sales meetings to deliver company presentations. Complete daily and weekly management reports. Develop and implement innovative ideas to support the growth of the business. The Person Able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales and business development. A background in the recruitment industry particularly permanent recruitment would be highly advantageous. Highly organised, process driven, and consultative approach to sales. Able to deliver and develop a sales plan. You will be a well-rounded highly motivated polished sales professional
