Kelly? You could say we invented the modern temporary recruitment industry. But that was then. Now we want to look towards the future. Towards #whatsnext. We want business development professionals who understand temporary recruitment and can connect us to new clients.
That's where the Lead Generation team comes in. We're disruptors. Leaders of the pack. Innovative pioneers. Working across Kelly's key specialisms we look to expand our footprint in the UK. How do we do this? We identify potential new clients. We create content bespoke to them, and then we communicate the content. Ultimately, we take our message to the market and attract and win the best clients out there! We track and progress our targets. We look at how many points of contact are needed before a lead is generated. How we can convert the reams and reams of data that we have into revenue.
So, who are we looking for?
Someone who constantly has their finger on the pulse. Someone who can quickly get up and running. Someone who can get to know our specialisms inside out. We then want you to come up with super dialogue that'll get Kelly noticed by clients. We're looking for high energy, credible, sales professionals with a solid understanding of temporary recruitment.
Think outside the box. Come up with ways to reach out to clients that are not just the same old sales chat.
Actively carry out sales calls and strategies.
Input into marketing to help them create fun and engaging content - surveys, videos, infographics, blog posts…the sky's the limit.
Create a presence through networking, e-shot mailers and social media posts.
Track and follow up. We believe in multiple points of contact on multiple channels. Own that process.
Look to connect with business leaders to HR to Talent Acquisition to Procurement. We believe we have compelling messaging and innovative solutions for the modern-day recruitment world. Be a lead messenger.
Then when you get a hit, track your leads. Utilise our tools to track all of this. Tools that allow for full visibility. And then follow up, with an even more thought-provoking conversation.
Data, data, data - we already have a foundation in place, with mailing lists for each specialism. What we're looking for is someone who can add to this. There is more than one way to reach out to people.
Setup multiple sales triggers and follow them up.
