Scantec are seeking a Business Development Manager to work side by side some of the sectors top consultants to support and meet the expanding requirements of our lucrative, Technical and Engineering Division. This is a 180 recruitment model with the successful applicant focuses primarily on developing business within the Technical market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within Business Development either within a technical/engineering market or the recruitment industry. You will be able to demonstrate when and how you have won business and developed it. You will have a natural ability to communicate honestly with high level of integrity, be autonomous for your own actions within a transparent working environment.
- Identifying new Business Leads in the market
- Developing existing business with consistent communication
- Planning, Preparing and Pitching Presentations to white collar clients in the market
- Agreeing Terms and building relationships with existing and potential white collar clients within the Technical Market
- Networking over the phone and face to face.
